The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and their warmth really meant a lot to me. I stayed there during a cyclone, but I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Although some staff members themselves were affected by the flooding, I was deeply grateful for their dedication to putting guests first. The driver,Nisshanka, safely took me to my destination. While many main roads were closed, he worked hard to find alternative routes, and his professionalism really stood out. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I grew up on a tea estate in Assam so the Tea Factory brought back so many memories, so authentic,

The dinner was somewhat disappointing but the breakfast was superb.

Staff are courteous and always available to help. Location is fantastic amidst tea gardens. Property design is unique- a revamped tea factory from the colonial era.

Room should accommodate multiple global power sockets somehow,right now there is only one UK power socket and not near the bed.

Location is unique, not exactly nuwara eliya, about 30 minutes away by car further up in the mountains. Gives a fantastic view of the landscape of tea gardens. Staff is courteous and very helpful- both in the restaurant and at front desk for our unique needs. They put in a lot of effort towards keeping our group satisfied.

Beautiful holidays decoration and overall nice staff. The building and concept is gorgeous

We got a big issue in the room. In any hotel we would have receive a commercial gesture. They changed our room immediately of course, but nothing else! Very small rooms. Restaurant is good but so long to get your order. Very small rooms. Not the level overall of a 4 stars hotel. Overpriced !
