The venue was amazing. The staff was really friendly and the beach was incredible! The food was also super.

Since my booking fell on a less crowded day the buffet was not at its ideal, but ok. Wished the bathroom shower could be a bit bigger.

The location

The most of staff are very nice and kind ,though some are not. So request to please have a smile to every guest

Location is good. Right on the beach with nice views. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Property is past its sell by date and in need of a renovation. A lot of things like the pool loungers are broken, towels and robes are hard from over washing, carpets are worn etc. Staff were very helpful but service was hit and miss. Things that were ordered often never arrived and required a follow up call. Way over priced for what it can offer. Stayed in several similar priced hotels in India which were all of a much higher standard.

Cleanliness and good housekeeping

Less supportive staff ,ordinary service ,food quality is average and had to wait for refills,coffee and even for finger bowl .

We actually stayed for 8 nights in total and what a relaxing place this is - right on a superb beach, complemented by two swimming pools and superb facilities. Most meals are of the highest quality buffet style and if anyone cannot find something to eat they need spec savers! Staying on an All inclusive basis is the best choice.

滞在中に誕生日だったのですが、ディナーの後サプサイズのケーキを用意してくれてハッピーバースデーを歌ってくれました。そして、ベットにも可愛いデコレーションをしてくれました！近くにあるウミガメ保護センターで亀の赤ちゃんを海に帰すのが楽しかったです^_^
