The Lagoon Bali Pool Hotel and Suites

The hotel was lovely, enjoyed the beautiful pool. The rooms are clean and bed very comfy. Loved the balcony with pool view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only the breakfast could be improved.Location was great, short walk to shopping and lovely restaurants. I can recomend this hotel.

Great location and pool was great. Very basic hotel, but has everything you need for what you pay. Staff were very pleasant and willing to help.

Just got back. Stayed in poolaccess room . This was best decision with a 6yo. Room was very dated but reasonable Breakfast was ok, but got a little boring by end. Everyone in our froup eww as far drom impressed with coffee undrinkable. Pool bar was hard to get service and they need to tell you happy hour you cabt mix Bintang and radlwr even though basically same. Wasn't till we qent to get the free one we were told. Spa was amazing , staff were fantastic. We will stay again just nice to some atmosphere at pool bar and service, maybe ypdate rooms a litte. And little more breakfast variety. Over all nice place.

love staying here! best pool!!!! the only thing i would suggest is white sheets on the beds.. everything else was perfect :)

The hotel is relatively quiet, with clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. It also has a lovely pool for all clients as well as villas with private pools. Our room was rather dark and very humid as the bathroom exhaust fan had broken down and our only window was onto a tiny courtyard used by staff. It also lacked a fly screen, allowing mosquitoes in the open window. Breakfasts were excellent in a beautiful upstairs restaurant. Dinner is available but few guests use it.

Stayed 7 nights in pool access room, 4 family members first time in Bali , pool , staff , breakfeast ,room & cleanest were awsome were the words used by 1st timers & we will be back.

Pool access rooms are perfect for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Room service food was excellent. Location couldn’t be better. I will be booking here again for a longer stay than 3 nights

Kuta Lagoon Resort is ideally located in Legian. Close to restaurants, shopping and just a short walk to the beach. The hotel is quietly located and is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy enjoy a peaceful holiday.. Totally recommend the Pool Access Rooms.

Lovely pool villa very clean, beautiful staff, The resort is very close to everything.the only down side was the very loud and bad music on a Sunday night.
