No breakfast offered. Conveniently located for our travel needs. Comfortable accommodations.

Could have used an outlet in the bathroom. TV unable to be mounted in a proper location in the main bedroom.

A little noisy from long stay guests with families. Hot water not hot enough. The place is also a little rundown and needs updating.

The location was good, it was centralized to a lot of food establishments and close to the hot springs. The staff was helpful. It was clean.

The check in clerk seemed upset that our reservation didn't state that we had a dog. I told her that booking.com advertises the motel as "pet" friendly. I paid an additional $100 deposit, then she seemed ok with it. They have a "designated" dog/puppy room that they expected our pet to stay in. We had two rooms, our two sons stayed in the "dog" room with our pet and my husband and I stayed in the second room. Apparently, this hotel has a transient/monthly stay customer base that hangs out and smokes right outside of the "puppy room" AT ALL HOURS. Our pup is not use to having strangers hanging out right in front of his room so he was stressed and barked quite a bit. The one old man got angry when our dog (on a leash) barked at the old man on his way out for his morning walk. He asked my husband if it's "safe" to be around our dog...this same old man was smoking directly beside his oxygen tank...who should be worried about being safe around whom? The old woman also smoking right outside our rooms told my husband where he could throw out our trash. My husband asked her how she knew we were looking for the trash point? She replied "Well I heard your wife yapping about it" That was our breaking point. We were suppose to stay one more night, but we were so creeped out by the constant invasion of privacy we packed up and LEFT!!

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating

Our reserved room was given to someone else and they had no room for us. Luckily the manager was kind enough to call another motel and find us a room. We are grateful for her help, but not keeping a reserved room is inexcusable.
