The Cove Lakeside Resort

Lake location was good and great to swim in the lake. Apartment we had was a little dated and we had a view overlooking the road and the refuse collection kept waking us up. It's quite far from the wineries and then even further from the Town. Had a terrible experience in the restaurant and awful customer service from the Manager,

Nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Washrooms are a bit smaller. Nice park next to the resort and walking trails around.

The services offered were poor. I picked it because I wanted a resort, instead I got an apartment building with one restaurant.

Great property and really met all my expectations.

Great hotel / resort. Onsite location to rent paddle boards was super convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent - we will be back

The only reason not a 5 is the AC was not working properly and no hot water for a few days. It was all fixed when I checked out

I never leave reviews and hardly ever conplain but I feel people should read my review on this over priced resort. NO breakfast...thsts right, no breakfast. A truck sits in the parking lot if you want to pop out in the morning for a coffee but the onsite restaurant does not offer coffee. For only 600/night you too can pack the family up and head to Dennys. Cold pool. Thats right, nice and cold for those cloudy days. The rental rates apparently won't cover the cost to bring the pool up much past lake temps. Both hot tubs broken at different times while we were there. Again, maintenence apparently not covered. NO housekeeping. Apparently I missed that in the small print but its there...many of you will probably miss that as well. They do provide sheets and towels so you can make your own beds and stack the towels. But again....for 600 a day ??? really No salt and pepper...note this fact...fully equipped kitchens but be sure tonremember the small things. Over all the pics are done EXTREMELY well but we were very disappointed. We needed to change our 5 day reservation by one day...we got stuck on hold and therefore missed the 2 week ahead of time deadline by 7 minutes...the resort would not budge ... A 5 day vacation cost us 3300 plus breakfasts....teust me on this one...book somewhere else. Very overpriced and underwhelming...
