How big the rooms are and the view

The pool water was a bit chilly but was a great place to relax. The restaurant food was disappointing.

Our room was filthy when we checked in. There was hair all over the floor. We were moved to another room which we found a hair in the fridge. Manager was not very apologetic, only wanted to show us their current awards. Hot tub was lukewarm and vending machines were not working.

I rated this 2 out of 4 given the Resort advertised that it is air conditioned. My wife and I stayed in a suite on the fourth floor. Although we had the AC on as high as possible it did not cool the room at all. The outside temperature was in the mid 30 Celsius consequently our room was very warm and we could not sleep for the three nights we stayed. The staff at the front desk were very sympathetic however offered no solution other than providing a fan to take to our room. We asked to speak to the manager to lodge a complaint however he or she was not available. I would never stay here again during the warm summer months.

Beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Fantastic view of the lake. The pool was warm and area was clean. Staff was very friendly and could not help us fast enough if we asked questions. Restaurant was very good we ate there 2 nights in a row. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Love the cove so much!!

Everything was great. I wish there was a barbecue on the deck. We were on the 3rd floor and it is inconvient to have to takd food down to the onsite barbecue area.

Restaurant staff was in training so service was poor, but manager kindly made adjustment to bill. Food is good. Hotel hallways had very unpleasant smell. Carpeted areas need cleaning
