"Grand summer spa estate stay, could use more service."

Arriving by M/S JL Runeberg from Helsinki was picture perfect dropping us on the dock. Property is historic and grand. The spa area was beautiful & thoroughly appreciated after 6pm when it was quieter. Abundant Breakfast. We walked to Porvoo 4 miles through neighborhoods & forest which was interesting. Front desk secured a luxurious taxi ride to Helsinki for us. Staff were friendly & kind.

Odd no one met us at dock to help with luggage uphill 1/2 mile to the property, even though a gentleman came by bicycle to receive the boat & flew past us. We had no idea where to go. Not a good start. Definitely request a pickup. Room in Manor House extremely small. Luckily for us we had a water view! Difficulty finding spa!

The main building was beautiful and the restaurant was really good. The park is beautiful.

In the Spa Hotel the rooms are quite old, the bed was really uncomfortable.
