Hotel Haikko Manor & Spa

Ystävällinen, ammattitaitoinen ja asiakasta kuunteleva henkilökunta. Kartanon miljöö ja juhannusajan ohjelmatarjonta olivat vertaansa vailla.

Vastaanottotilanteeseen ehdotuksena, että vastaanottovirkailija hoitaisi lyhyesti avaimien antamisen ruuhka-aikana. Tämän lisäksi olisi eri palvelutiski, jossa hotelliin liittyvää ajankohtaista informaatiota olisi tarjolla. Näin sisääntulo tapahtuisi joustavammin.

We had a great stay. The hotel combines beautiful natural surroundings with a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The spa facilities were excellent, and we especially appreciated the variety of saunas and pools. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the Manor Restaurant provided a great dining experience. It was exactly the kind of peaceful getaway we were looking for.

The overall stay was excellent, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The in-room jacuzzi was not properly cleaned and contained hair when we used it, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standard of the hotel. In addition, the atmosphere and level of service in the pub did not quite match the quality and professionalism experienced in the rest of the property.

Sehr schöne Umgebung. welche zum Spaziergang durch den ganzen Park einlädt. Fitnesscenter sehr gross und mit vielen Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Frühstück im Gebäude Haikko Manor ist ein Erlebnis.

Unser Zimmer war direkt über der Einfahrt. Wir konnten es wechseln, sodass wir ein paar Meter weiter waren, mussten aber teilweise die Vorhänge ziehen. Das Hotel Haikko Spa ist ein Betonbau mit wenig Charme, neben dem Haikko Manor gelegen. Deshalb muss man sich bewusst sein, dass man vermutlich nicht im schönen Hauptgebäude übernachtet, auch wenn dieses Bild sehr prominent erscheint.

Todella miellyttävä palvelu kaikin puolin. Ylipäätänsä miellyttävä miljöö. Maistuvat ruuat illallisella ja aamupalalla.

Kylpylän puoli oli muuten mukava ja monipuolinen, mutta esteettömysasioissa olisi parannettavaa. Huonojalkaiselle on vaikeampaa mennä altaisiin ja nousta niistä pois.

Kohtalainen.

Tuotteet useasti loppuivat ja joutui odottamaaan ja pyytämään niitä lisää.
