"This location shouldn’t be a best western at all definitely not worth it"

checked in on wednesday and checked out on sunday. absolutely no housekeeping no upkeep g of towels. kept the same towels for the whole stay. i told the front desk at check out and she couldn’t care less. i was told that it was a new schedule and didn’t know anything. for a $1,000+ stay. having new towels i don’t think is asking for much. no trash pick up. NOTHING!

The location is great and a reasonable price. The breakfast is such a lovely addition that keeps us coming back for stays.

The pillows are terrible. Absolutely no support. You're head just sinks in. I always wake up with a stiff neck. It would be nice if there was a non-down feather option.

Location is great. Thought the room was larger than expected , comfortable and clean.

Parking is a bit tight. Seemed like narrower than normal parking spaces and a pretty small lot.

Decent breakfast. Beds and room plus bathroom were clean and functional. Parking was available. Great staff Location of the place was good 👍

In my room 118, there was no microwave and getting ice was a hassle. In my room the AC/Heater was too close to the bed making the the sleep either too cold or too hot. Next question need more options
