Holiday Inn Northampton by IHG

Beds were comfortable and the size of room was good size. The breakfast was good and loads of space during busy times.

Big building but only one entrance and exit. Looked like doors that goes round to back car parks but doors not accessible. Probably a security thing. Asked at reception and she wasn't very helpful or forthcoming with the info. One of the key cards kept not working. But troublesome to walk all the way back round to the reception if you are on the far end. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping came in the first morning, did half of 1 bed, ignored the other, didn't replace water or change towels or anything. I think they might have just started, got distracted and forgotten. Other than those issues, good location for Legoland.

Far enough away from road traffic. Very clean. Friendly staff and good facilities.

Staff very helpful ,plenty of parking, room fine if a bit outdated.

We were disappointed with meal evening menu, selection was poor. Staff helped out, only one lift in operation. Noise in corridor at 3am. Breakfast was ok but overall we did not enjoy our stay.

A great hotel for a country retreat. Location is brilliant and the facilities/amenities are excellent. Bar area is cosy and they have a Starbucks coffee machine. Great value for money and the room was mega spacious, clean and not noisy whatsoever. At reception we were greeted by Chloe who went above and beyond in making sure our stay was memorable. She gave us a lot of useful information and accommodated our room request, which was a top floor room with a nice view out of the window. On our second night, the TV wasn't working. I went down to mention this and Chloe very kindly come up and took the time out to fix this, which we really appreciated. A great customer service and full marks to Chloe and the rest of the Team also down at the bar area. We will definitely be returning. Kunal and Michelle x
