Area is near lake and the village. Room is a little outdated but has a cozy feel if it wasn’t so cold.

We left a day earlier than our check out due to the room being unreasonably cold and not properly heated. We had a terrible sleepless night and reached out to management the same night and they reported it was “user error” and to set the thermostat at 80 for the heater to work, we attempted to adjust the thermostat as recommended by management with no success. We had to wake up every hour to set the timer on the fireplace and wear layers of thermals, sweats and sweaters to stay warm throughout the night. We received a text the following morning to see if our heat worked and reported that it did not resolve and was informed it was user error again, however when the maintenance man came, he reported it was not user error that the pilot had went out on the wall furnace. We had a very tiring and sleepless night and decided to leave. The room was not properly warmed and unfortunately very uncomfortable all night due to the extremely cold room. The owner was no help, refused to offer a refund and only offered a “one free night” to use in the future even though we left a whole day sooner than check out. Will not be booking with this place in the future.

The owners were great. The property is really nice and quiet. Quick access to the room. Definitely would go back soon. I loved it so much.

Cute place to stay for couples. Great communication between host and answered all my questions. Also awesome to know that it’s right next to a gas station too, my only issue was the heater. It was old so it creaked when in use but it’ll for sure keep you warm. Other than that I highly recommend to stay here.
