I have to start this review with the AMAZING STAFF, from the tall reception lady (German? Can’t remember her name) who did our check in and told us all about the hotel and had snacks for us at 3am, to the lovely team at the restaurant (Samuel, Irene y mas), lovely team from the bar (Sr Tomas, Cristiano y Fouad) and to the entertainment staff (Damaris y las chicas). We stayed at the 1st building, The 1 bed flat was fine for us, loved the rain shower in the bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and the sofa bed too! The entertainment varied every evening, awesome belly dancing, the quizzes, karaoke etc, for the kids they had a mini disco (30min), during day time activities such as colouring, games, badminton, volleyball. Food at the restaurant was good and varied every evening , I would suggest a bit more veggie options. The hotel is 10min away from the beach and LIDL supermarket, perfect for stocking up or grabbing a snack. La pasamos muy bien y gracias a todos por su contribución para que los huéspedes disfruten!

The only think I can suggest is that the swimming pool could have been descending and not straight 1.8m, for the younger kids.

The food actually wasn’t too bad but that’s it!!!!

Absolute disgrace — do not stay here. This hotel is a health hazard and a complete scam. We arrived with two small children (6 months and 2 years old) and were shown rooms that were filthy, mouldy, and completely unhygienic. The ceilings were covered in mould, the smell was disgusting, and nothing appeared properly cleaned. It felt unsafe to even let our children breathe the air inside those rooms. When we raised our concerns, the staff did nothing to help and told us we would have to wait two days to speak to a manager — meaning they expected us to stay in those conditions with two babies. We later learned from staff that rooms are not cleaned on certain days of the week, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one advertising itself as family-friendly. Even worse, the manager openly admitted that the owners refuse to spend money on renovations, despite knowing about the mould and poor conditions. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of this run-down, dirty property. We left as soon as we could find another hotel because staying here was unbearable and felt genuinely unsafe. We submitted a refund request through Booking.com due to the hazardous state of the rooms, but unbelievably it still has not been approved. We have also filed a formal complaint with the tourism authority because this place should not be operating in its current condition. This is absolutely NOT a 3-star hotel — it is neglected, dirty, unsafe, and utterly unsuitable for families. Avoid it at all costs.

Chutné jídlo, čisté bazény. Krásné prostředí.

Postele by mohli být pohodlnější ( zejména rozkládací gauč) a moc malé polštáře.
