El personal muy amable, las instalaciones, pistas de tenis cuidadas, piscinas limpias, comida aceptable y variada, calidad precio estupenda.

Las piscinas cierran a las 18:00, cuando están en su mejor momento… animación solo para alemanes (también es verdad que son el 90% de los clientes), la música todo el día en la piscina llega a ser cansina, en las piscinas no se hace pie en ningún sitio, la profundidad mínima 1,80m y los apartamentos necesitan un lavado de cara urgente. Si volviese no cogería el apartamento en el edificio 1 ya Que todo el día hay que aguantar el chumba chumba de los altavoces.

La gentillesse du personnel tous. Sabah très souriante 👍 Le buffet est très bon, varié, pour tous les repas. Bien situé proche de la mer et des animations Sans en avoir les contraintes.

Les piscines étaient trop profondes Quand on ne nage pas très bien, 1 m.30 Serait bien. Le bruit la nuit, peut être les climatiseurs 🤔 C'est gênant pour dormir. Une odeur de vieux dans la chambre Besoin d'une rénovation je pense.

Lage ist sehr ok, 10 Minuten zum Strand; Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich

sehr laut, im Zimmer zum Pool hin gab es bis weit nach 22.00 Lärm von Animation und Spielplatz; Zimmer sehr eng und abgewohnt, Am Balkon kann Licht nicht abgedreht werden, was sehr ungemütlich und viel zu grell war. Poolbereich ist für Kinder von 4-6 Jahren nicht wirklich geeignet (1 Kleinkindbereich und 2 sehr tiefe Becken); für 4 Personen gab es nur 2x Handtücher und Bettzeug; nach mehrmaliger Urgenz wurde das behoben; Plastiksessel am Balkon ist unter einem nicht allzu schweren Erwachsenen plötzlich zusammen gebrochen

"It’s family cosy hotel"

Was very cosy family atmosphere, staff was very friendly and helpful, clean rooms and well maintained outdoor area. Restaurant food was good and varied . Overall we were happy with our stay

The only thing i was not happy about was internet, even was advertising as HIGH SPEED INTERNET. In room was no signal at all, outside minimum signal, only reception was ok . So i ended up with high bill for my data roaming :(
