"Club du Lac - great location"

The best thing about Club du Lac is the location on the lake, with a great beach and close to the Rusizi reserve. Also, the room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

"Good leasure time"

The hotel grounds are beautifully framed by the Tanganyika Lake and well-trimmed gardens. The pool area is also very nice. Overall, hotel staff delivers a good service However, the hotel rooms need serious maintenance. There are mold stains everywhere and the bathroom facilities are definitely outdated and dysfunctional. The TV is small and only 3 channels are available. The rooms definitely do not reflect the price of this hitel

"Exceptional"

Stay was perfect. Staff is excellent. The only problem was that they had not received the reservation (made weeks earlier) from hotels.com and I had to call customer service to call the hotel to confirm that I had already paid for the room. But if you are in Bujumbura for business there is no better place to stay. Room was impecable (I had a junior suite), pool and amenities perfect, restauarnt top notch. I definitely recommend this hotel.
