Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a plug in for my CPAP. Everything I expect.

No elevator. Window looks out over central atrium. Front desk employees are often away from the desk, but will come when you call on the provided phone.

Really nice hotel

We stayed three miserable nights at Heartland Inn & Suites, and I can confidently say we’ll never be back. Our room was unbearably hot, well over 80°F the entire time. Not just warm,oppressive, stifling heat that made it impossible to relax, let alone sleep. And management’s solution? A couple fans. Not a different room. Not a refund. Not even a discount. Just a couple of box fans, as if that would make up for the fact that we were essentially camping indoors at full price. We paid premium rates expecting comfort and quality the basics you’d expect from the “nicest hotel” in the area. What we got was a sweatbox. Nowhere in the room description did it mention we’d need to retreat to our vehicle in the middle of the night just to cool down. That’s not hospitality,that’s failure. We paid for a service. The hotel failed to provide it. The lack of accountability or effort to make it right is unacceptable. Do better, Heartland Inn & Suites. You had every opportunity to turn this around, and you chose not to. Guests deserve better.

Nice location has a pool we’ve been coming here for decades the kids didn’t think the breakfast was as good as last year but said it was adequate I paid the bill. It was close to $1000 for two rooms for two nights.

Bed exceptionally comfortable. ADA room size was more than useable with my power wheel chair. Bathroom was great! A lovely center room. Pool and hot tub great. Breakfast is exceptional! We have traveled extensively and this hotel is the most amazing of any mid-range hotels! We love staying in this hotel!

The room was clean, the staff was responsive to any needs, and the breakfast buffet was good. However, there are no elevators to the second floor and no USB plugs in the rooms. There are no windows to the outside in the rooms. The decor in the hotel is old and outdated. Lastly, the old HVAC could not keep up with the heat. However the wonderful staff brought me a fan that cooled the room significantly. Overall, I might stay again if the prices were a little lower.
