"Great hitel in a convenient location"

Staff were pleasant and helpful Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was good Parking was easy Location was good Liked the tradional and historic feel of the hotel

The flush wasn't working properly in the toilet but we managed and reported it on leaving and I am sure it will be dealt with

Location

Locked door on arrival, waited outside for 10mins - tried calling numbers on the door. Eventually a member of staff arrived. No apology from staff member . 1 towel in the room . Only 2 sachets of milk and 1 biscuit although the room was booked as a superior large room as travelled with my son. Not good for £130 per night!
