John at the front desk was great.

The tub was unacceptable. We even changed rooms and still had to get shower shoes. Room needs TLC and updates. Couldn't use coffee maker in the room...just need some TLC and a make over bathroom.

Our stay was not good pay the extra dollar $100 for something that was never under the guidelines of the hotel when we got there I had two service dogs with us and once they found out that the one was a pitbull that was my daughter's dog that has down syndrome and has seizures they had a problem with this came into our room there was poop and pee all over the toilet not been cleaned when we asked him to clean it they were mad loud music played all night long ask for another towel being that we had five people and they only had three towels they said you're only here one night no for a place for the dogs to go out when I had to go to the bathroom overall I guess it was a great stay not

It was a very good value for what we received.

The room was spacious

The bathtub was pealing paint, asked for a room with a better tub, did switch rooms, but the 2nd tub was also peeling paint and cracked when I showered, felt like I was going to fall through the floor

Everything was great. Simple and efficient.
