"Hotel could be decent if bedding didn’t have stains and hairs"

Stains and hairs all over the bed, asked to be switched rooms and the second room was not much better. Also has stains and hairs on the beds. Poor cleaning

"You get what you pay for"

We arrived around 10pm having already booked the room to find no parking spots. Their lot is for 15 cars or so and the hotel across from them had 30+ completely full. Everything, including the lot, felt depressing. Although the property has obviously been updated recently the lighting was very muted and dark. There were no dressers or storage except a bench with 5 hangers. The bed in the main area had no headboard or side tables, although the bedroom had them. The only wall decor was also in that bedroom. The kitchenette was nice but the fridge was dirty and freezer hadn't been defrosted in years. The laminate floor looked nice but never felt clean. The free breakfast was a no for our family and we left.
