It was nice you get what you expect and pay for! Very clean!

Outside of hotel was filled with garbage, old appliances and doors. Inside the room was dark, old and creep. The door looked like it had been attacked and lost. It was surprisingly relatively clean. There was a sign charging extra for 'visitors' and a few other house rules which made the whole stay even creepier. This place wasn't cheap and no reason to ever return.

The check in process was easy, the owner was expecting me and had paperwork already filled out. Room was small but clean, no noise. Area is a bit sketchy but we had no problems.

I didn't expect it to be such a small hotel but it was all I needed. It was clean, near relaxing, and comfortable. I had soft towels and a clean room everyday. The hostess was very kind, and I told her on my next trip I will come back. I love that it was a no smoking place and accepted no pets. I was very pleased.

The motel doesn't look like much from the outside, but my room was very clean and comfortable. Looked like the rooms had recently been redone so everything is in great shape. Also, the employees were very friendly and accommodating. It's about 15-20 minutes from downtown, which is the only downside.

You pay for what you get. Didnt plan to be in the room that much anyway. Would recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small but looked like it had been recently remodeled. We did see a roach in the shower when we were staying there and one of our towels had a make up stain or something on it. We knew it wouldn't be a great hotel, it was fairly inexpensive and just by looking at the outside of the building you know pretty much what you are in for. I got what I expected, it was a place to sleep on a crowded weekend that was fairly inexpensive.

Only a 10 to 20 min drive from downtown Austin, depending on traffic. Easy to get to right off the highway. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Rooms have recently been redone and are nice but still very dark. Good deal for the price.

The property is out of date, dirty and in a bad part of Austin. The bed mattress and pillows have not been changed or rotated for a least 10 years.
