The fact it had a pool and pets were welcome

The staff questioning everything and the loud speakers that they talk over if someone is outside and that they keep your deposit

Upon arrival the air in the room had been off and it was HOT! It took nearly 5 hours for the temp to drop below 80°. The parking lot has cracks with huge holes. There was trash from the previous occupant in our room. We have stayed here before but the property is going downhill.

It was not anywhere near the Alamodome or downtown, and there was no shampoo; other than that, it was a good room for the price.
