"Pleasant"

The front desk person, (probably the owner's daughter) was knocking on my door after I told her on the phone that me and my 74 year old mother were getting ready to leave. While I was showering, I had to get out of the shower to talk to this rude and nasty young woman to let her know AGAIN that we were about to leave, and yes we understand it was a little past 11 am check out time but my elder mother needed extra time to get ready, she was not feeling well and needed the extra time to rest. We woke up around 1030 am she was very tired, but the young female did not seem to care, on the other hand, she was threatening me with not refunding me the 25 dollar deposit if we didn't leave the room in 5 minutes. Horrible customer service on her part.

Why on earth would you shock a pool over the weekend? This is why we chose this hotel. Very disappointing.
