Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. Please note that the property does not accept payments by debit cards. Christmas Eve dinner and New Year's Eve gala dinner are available for guests staying on 24th December and 31st December respectively, at an additional charge. For more details, please contact the front desk. As part of our scheduled maintenance, we will be shutting down the swimming pool from 22nd April until 10th May 2024. PRETTY BAD FACILITIES. REPAIR WORK WAS GOING ON IN NEXT ROOM. ROOM WAS CHANGED AND THERE ALSO GENERATOR WAS ON FOR 24 HOURS . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

"It’s better to avoid this property as its quite old and poor service"

service is quick

First of all this is not a resort.It looks more like a boutique hotel. I had requested for modification in the dates 2 days before my travel date.It was not accepted by neither booking.com or Lemon tree.There is no one to express the concerns at the property. The room we stayed was not all as expected and we asked for a room change.We stayed for three nights and everyday they made some or other excuses till it was time for our checkout.The rooms are quite old and shabby.Even they couldn’t fix washroom exhaust or AC. The property needs a real quick makeover.Please don’t waste your money by staying in this property.You can easily find better properties around at a good deal.My experience was below average.

Lemon Tree Amarante is located near to the main beaches ,shopping hubs and restaurants. The resort is maintained well and staff is very courteous. We have been visiting this resort from about 10 years now and still remains our favorite place to stay when we are in Goa every year.
