Mineral stains on the chrome bathroom fixtures.

Room was nice and clean.

One of the staff was very rude and disrespectful. I had already paid for the room and decided that he would not let me stay there and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. I said go ahead and call the police so I can tell them that you're ripping me off then he decided to let me stay but was still rude about it. I do not plan to stay there again it was not a good feeling to be treated this way.

Breakfast was good and enjoyed the eating area. Nice guests and staff was friendly.

Easy to hear noises etc from other guests in room above.

Price was the only good thing about this place.

The room smelled so bad, the staff refused to move me. I felt like I slept in an ash tray. Gross!!!

Clean large rooms for an excellent price.

Staff were excellent and courteous. The bed was very comfortable and the room was, for the most part, clean. The property was quiet and in close proximity to the Ramona Bowl Amphitheater where we were to see a show the evening of our check in. The breakfast options were pretty good. The price of the room was affordable.

The window was open when we went to enter our room for the first time and we soon realized why. The room had obviously recently been smoked in and there was a presence of the smoke odor. We were running behind in getting to our event, so we just decided not to request a change in rooms. There was a slight leak in the bathroom coming from what appeared to be the fire sprinkler on the ceiling, but we did not actually realize it fully until the next morning.
