"It was disappointing"

The only thing that was good was the bed / room

Staff were not nice or helpful at all front desk was never there when I needed something and I felt over charged front desk was also some what rude and just did not care

Breakfast was ok not a lot choices.

More breakfast choices due to the room being expensive. Towels in the room smelled bad also the couch in the smelled bad of body oder. My room was not properly reserved and my card was charged before I even got to the hotel when I was supposed to pay when I got there so I was being charged when my room wasn't even properly reserved.
