"Great Business Stay with Friendly Staff and Delicious Breakfast"

I stayed here during a business trip near SAP Labs, Bangalore, and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were courteous and professional — special mention to Smitha at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight — delicious and offered a wide variety of options to start the day right. Overall, it was a comfortable and restful stay. Highly recommended for business travelers!

"Excellence service"

After a successful business meeting yesterday, my colleague and I decided on a very late lunch. Since it was drizzling and traffic was bound to be heavy, we chose MGM in Whitefield—and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Ms. Nisarga at the bar truly stood out with her exceptional service. She was clear in her communication, attentive, and highly service-oriented—absolutely flawless. MGM should be proud to have her on their team. And yes, the food was equally good!
