MGM Mark Whitefield

It's good for business stays. The rooms are neat and clean, and the service is really good. The place is peaceful and the meals are good too, the buffet is really nice and has alot of options. Indrajeet was of great help! Along with the room helper Ranjit, the did allow me to have a great stay indeed!

Hotel is good, everything is perfect from reception to room service. I like the room service which is being doing everyday. Food was good in taste also staff is also very nice. But mostly I like the Smita’s behaviour and her smile which makes a day, how she welcomes and she provides good solution as well.

All the staffs are well behaved including housekeeping staffs also. Great room services with cozy environment and amazing breakfast dishes. Great support from kitchen staffs and reception desk. Overall satisfied with the services of the hotel.

I had arrived in mid dec at almost 11 pm night here and had an amazing experience for 15 days stay. The staff is very supportive and hardworking, they are so nice and helpful that my kid never felt them as other than family. The location of the hotel is in Epip zone in a silent place.

The hotel stay was a nice experience for me. They had complimentary breakfast and cab service for me to travel to my office. The housekeeping would come everyday to clean the rooms. Ranjit was one of housekeeping staffs who was very hospital and was very neat with his work.

We had company annual meet here with 37 people. Support from banquets was excellent also the taste of food was too good. Tikka chatpata. Starts was yummy. Main course also was tasty. You can pls try once. Had organised few games for which team supported. Rooms was budget friendly and bigger too.

Stayed for 2 nights on Business. OK Hotel. Got a room on the 4th Floor, Quite Spacious, lot bigger than the average room. However the room looked like it needed a refresh. Bathrooms were quite OK, but the Shower pressure was low. Breakfast Buffet spread was very average and disappointing. Food choices were also very limited and the menu had little choices particularly for vegetarian fare. Nice folks though at the front desk. MGM Whitefield competes against a lot of big names in the vicinity and has to improve drastically to attract footfalls for their price.

Good rooms and great maintenance and the management people are very friendly what ever i requested for they have fully tried for fulfilling the needs and the reception was most welcoming as well as friendly in total it was my first experience in banglore and in mgm mark hotel as well and it was great
