Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and service was attentive. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The pleasing service provided by the staff at Restaurant, specific to mention: Ms. Sonali, Ms. Sevanthi & Ms. Nisarga. The staff at Reception and the Bar were very appealing too.

Room Service & Replenishing. Had to argue with Room Service for bottle of water !
