"The most horrible hotel"

Nothing

A rooms was awful. The light didn't work and the bathroom was horrible. When I check in I pay for all night which I make the reservation (13 nights). Because of the problems which I saw în the first night I ask to make check out. The guy tell me that he could't give me back the money because I pay with credit card so I lost my.money. He told me that îs my problem. So I was a good person and I pay and guess what I lost.my money. I don't know how this hotel receive 3 stars.

We liked the location. We would also like to mention the lovely gentleman Mr Nuri who was so kind and helpful and always willing to Please us and looked after us very well. We give him full points for all his efforts , commitment and dedication to his work
