Yumukoglu Hotel

Only one person at the hotel was friendly and helped us a lot during our stay.

Location is great, but all staff with the exception of one person (who was doing all the jobs - and he was extremaly nice with us) was rude. They didn't care to answer questions, they weren't nice with customers. Apartments are old and no maintenance is being done. Breakfast was extremaly poor, no options which is rare for Turkey. I wouldn't recommend it, managers and staff are rude.

For sure the hotel needs a restoration since all the building is looking quite old and most of the furniture/windows/bathroom is deteriorated. The cleaning was poor and you can notice that while entering in the reception. The breakfast is awful like the serving as well.

Breakfast could be improved. I've never seen a hotel that doesn't have any kind of juice in the breakfast!

Location is good, staff was kind. The parking is located in front of the hotel, but is kind of public ( not only for Hotel guests).

Breakfast was not good, or at least I was not used to that kind of breakfast ( it was not a buffet type)

The place was very clean.
