The staff was friendly and helpful.

During a work trip, I stayed here and discovered how useful the amenities were. The laundry facilities added to the comfort of my stay, and the business services were excellent.

If you’re looking for someplace to crash after a day on the river, this place hits all the marks. Wow, the building is pretty old, it is very clean and has what you need to unwind. I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast, but I grabbed a cup of coffee each morning and it was delicious. Their photos show a waffle iron but there is no waffle maker. Room is clean, AC works well, quiet spot, a stones throw from several restaurants. The room had a fridge and microwave. I’d stay there again floating the river in new Braunfels.

The property is out-dated. The carpet in one of our rooms was wet from the fridge leaking, the bathroom fans didn’t work, and the swimming pool area was dirty. However, the beds were comfortable and there was water and snacks in a thank you box in each room.

We had to evacuate where we were staying due to Hurricane Beryl. We checked in after 10 and left early in the morning, but our room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was great! Our only suggestion is to check the food temps at breakfast. We got there pretty quickly after breakfast started and out eggs were a little on the cold side.

The bathroom was too small!! The carpet was filthy. Don’t take off your shoes your socks will be disgustingly dirty!! The AC did not work properly and was hot!
