as usual fantastic bed and linen.

checking in was rubbish, $50 for parking on a Sunday night is robbery. Checking out... I had to wait for 15mins for someone to serve me... I could see people in the back room on their computers, eventually the manager came out and said he was on the phone... in prime check out time you had one person serving and she was continuing interrupted buy indian men trying to store their luggage for that nights check in... absolute disaster... their were so rude to your poor staff member... she was stoic. lift your game Oaks everytime I stay its getting worse.

Brilliant location and excellent value for money. Kids Loved the breakfast included and the pool. Efficient friendly staff.

The bathroom was a little dated, but didn’t matter as everything worked and was spotless clean.

Close to everything we were visiting . Nice bar & food .Room was basically clean & tidy .

The location of the pool , gym & laundry . Instead of meatballs , noodles , baked veggies for breakfast , maybe fried tomatoes & mushrooms .The exhaust fan in bathroom not very strong .
