The room had excellent views.

You know need to pay for your room to be cleaned. Every time we went to the pool, no towels. Also, other customers would leave their alcohol bottles down at the pool even though it was prohibited but it wasn't cleaned up for some time. The rooms are also pretty old.

Everything. Tv didn’t work stated they could fix it, then said they didn’t have maintenance on weekends.. No extra pillows or blankets.. When asking for an extra blanket, the man walks directly into our room without knocking or any notice! The shower pressure is awful, we had so many issues with the lift getting up and down at night. The sample tea and coffee was terrible. The staff were so rude, not attentive at all. I’ve never been so disappointed about a stay in the city. This was supposed to be a weekend of celebration with our family. Making me feel like complete crap, we paid good money for what ..

Location was central to trams, Bourke street mall, easy walk to theatres. China town.

Buffet breakfast was good- we just happened to pick busy times but maybe have scrambled eggs as normal station and just to omelette station separate as this may move the buffet line quicker!
