La ubicación muy buena. Personal atento. Tienen muchos espacios bonitos.

El desayuno no se veía nada fresco. A la habitación no le entraba luz natural, no le servía la llave para poder cerrar bien la puerta de la habitación, se escuchaba la música super alta en la habitación y además lo minímo que se podia bajar el aire era a 23 grados. Si eres una persona que le gusta dormir con la habitación super fría, aquí será imposible. En general el hotel esta muy bonito, pero en relación a lo que uno paga no vale para nada la pena.

La experiencia en el Riad ha sido de 10. Es un lugar de paz y tranquilidad dentro del caos de la Medina. Desde el primer momento los trabajadores nos hicieron sentir como en casa, atentos, cercanos y profesionales. En cuanto al edificio e instalaciones es espectacular cada rincón pero sobretodo el patio principal. También probamos la comida del bar y fue de la mejores en el viaje. Además nos pusieron una habitación mejor a la que habíamos reservado y nos sorprendieron con un detalle por la celebración del cumpleaños. Sin duda volveremos.

Por poner una pequeña pega echamos de menos más variedad en el desayuno.

Great location right near the main attractions.

Tired facilities with repairs needed and the staff are not focused on customer service with customers having to wave them down in bar or food areas. Sat at reception for 20 minutes waiting to checkout with staff wandering past and paying no attention.
