Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Çalışkanlar saygılıydı. Otelin genel ortamı çok temizdi.

Kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü. Kapı vardı ama Oda ile banyo tam olarak ayrılmamıştı. Banyo kapısı şeffaf olmamalı.

Una experiencia fantástica en un riad totalmente tradicional en Marrakech. La arquitectura y la decoración son espectaculares, cuidando cada detalle para crear un ambiente auténtico y muy especial. Las piscinas y las zonas comunes son preciosas, perfectas para relajarse después de recorrer la medina. Todo estaba muy limpio y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. Sin duda, un lugar con muchísimo encanto que recomendamos totalmente.

ESP: No es que no me gustara, pero me quedé con ganas de más. Reservé una sesión de hammam pensando que, además de la exfoliación, incluiría un masaje posterior, pero no fue así. Como era la última hora del turno y ya iban a cerrar, no hubo posibilidad de ampliar el tratamiento en el momento para añadirlo. Recomiendo asegurarse bien de los servicios incluidos al reservar ENG: It's not that I didn't like it, but I was left wanting more. I booked a hammam session thinking that, in addition to the exfoliation, it would include a post-treatment massage, but it didn't. Since it was the last session of the day and they were closing, it wasn't possible to extend the treatment on the spot to add it. I highly recommend double-checking exactly what is included when you book. FR: Ce n'est pas que je n'ai pas aimé, mais je suis restée sur ma faim. J'ai réservé une séance de hammam en pensant qu'en plus de l'exfoliation, elle comprendrait un massage après le soin, mais ce n'était pas le cas. Comme c'était le dernier créneau de la journée et qu'ils allaient fermer, il n'a pas été possible de prolonger le soin sur le moment pour l'ajouter. Je recommande de bien vérifier les services inclus lors de la réservation.

Beautiful riad! Loved that it was close to everything and a nice escape from the chaos of the streets! Breakfast is very good and the staff are nice! Our room was cozy too! Would definitely stay here again!

Confusing to find and the check in process was confusing as well since there was miscommunication with the staff but they eventually resolved it!

Our stay at Palais Sebban was incredible. The property is full of stunning authentic Moroccan details, from the architecture and courtyards to the beautiful décor that makes you feel immersed in the culture the moment you walk in. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Every corner of the riad feels special and thoughtfully designed. A perfect blend of charm, comfort, and hospitality in the heart of Marrakech. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a true Moroccan experience.
