The only great experience we had was the friendly staff.

Room had a hole in wall near bed. Bathroom was dirty We checked back out 10 mins after we checked in!! Will never stay again. I'm a travel advisor and won't recommend this property to my clients!

It was a great location

The room was dirty, Towels had stains, Walls showed fresh water marks from roof leak. Definitely is time for a complete remodel

(The list is not in order) It was late, but we couldn't rest easy there! We repacked and went across the street. Rm 102 Checked in 8/8/25 Abandoned 8/8/25

This property was awful! The curtains were shredded from age. The furniture was scratched up and looked out dated. The one arm chair in the room was so stained and nasty looking, I didn’t dare sit on it. The caulk around the tub was disgusting and the window had broken caulk and looked like it was about to cave it if you touched it. I was very disappointed in this room. The bed was so uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. The elevators were out of order and the only working ice machine was on the third floor. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. • The elevators were out of service for the entire 3-night stay, causing serious inconvenience, especially for families and guests with mobility issues. • There was no housekeeping service at all during our stay. • Both rooms smelled strongly of mold and were overall in poor condition. • The bathrooms were dirty upon arrival. • The lamps and furniture in the room were extremely dusty. • Towels were never available in the evenings — we were told we could only pick them up in the morning due to other guests not leaving them outside their doors, which is unacceptable and not standard for any hotel service. This experience was not only uncomfortable but unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements immediate changes to prevent future guests from going through what we did.
