The facility did not have a way get to the next floors and that was not good because my wife is handicapped but they did get us a room on the bottom floor which was very appreciated and there pool was under construction plus the ice machine was on the third floor you had to walk up to third just to get ice that was not good

There was nothing that I liked about the hotel

The property elevator was out. The pool was murky and look unclean. The rooms had a moldy smell, and we found mold on the back of the bathroom door.

This room was horrifically dirty

Elevator broken, shower had mold. Bathroom door coming apart and mold, Bathroom floor dirty and room smelled musty. Could not stay, had too find other accommodations.

Elevators didn’t work. Overall cleanliness of room and bathroom was not good.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. •The elevators were out of service for the entire 3-night stay, causing serious inconvenience, especially for families and guests with mobility issues. •There was no housekeeping service at all during our stay. •Both rooms smelled strongly of mold and were overall in poor condition. •The bathrooms were dirty upon arrival. •The lamps and furniture in the room were extremely dusty. •Towels were never available in the evenings we were told to pick them up in the morning due to other guests not leaving them outside their doors, which is unacceptable and not standard for any hotel service. This experience was not only uncomfortable but unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements immediate changes to prevent future guests from going through what we did.

Great location with lots of restaurants near by. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean.

Elevators weren’t working and front desk staff was rude.

elevator broken x 1 week +. Limited staff. Customer service at front desk took 30 min waiting in line. Poor quality facilities. Lack of blankets/sheets/toiletries. Room dirty prior to entry

The tiles in the bathroom were loose. Walking on them while they wobbled under you feet was not the best morning experience. The elevator was broken but they informed us of this before checkin. My legs got a great workout carrying bags to the 3rd floor.
