L’emplacement est génial. Proche de la 5eme mais pas gênée du tout la nuit. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé.

Trying to scam us out of our deposit - Extremely disappointing stay I’m really shocked by the experience I had here. When we arrived, the toilet was already broken before we even used the room, and we had to call someone to come fix it. Throughout the stay, our keys didn’t work for the main door, so we repeatedly had to call staff just to get back in. There were also repairs going on at 6am, which woke us up every morning not exactly the relaxing holiday we paid for. The pool was filthy, and after swimming in it I ended up with an ear infection, which completely derailed part of my trip. To top it all off, after checkout they charged my deposit for “stained sheets,” claiming room damage. The “stain” was clearly an old, set-in mark that had been through multiple washes, not caused by us. Charging guests for worn sheets under a damage deposit is unacceptable. Overall, this stay was full of issues, poor maintenance, and unreasonable charges. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be returning.

Alugamos dois apartamentos e um deles ouvia se muito ruído do ginásio a partir das 7 da manhã, o que se tornava impossível de dormir. Estava em obras e não nos avisaram. Processo de check-in um pouco confuso devido a não sabermos onde é a recepção

The location was perfect! A block away from Quinta Avenida but still very quiet.

Because of the construction work going on .. the property was not as appealing as it looks in the pictures .. Air conditioning had issues but the Manager was kind enough to change the condo for us and she also offered us free breakfast through out the stay.
