Porto Playa Condo Hotel and Beach Club

Great property in a great location. The condo was spacious with room for all 7 of us. The staff was great and even brought us an extra bed when we asked. It is close to several options for shopping, groceries, and dining. We were able to walk to dinner and to get groceries when we needed something. The staff was helpful and communicative via WhatsApp which was great. Parking was easy and covered and private, which was super convenient. If there is one knock it is the pool water is super warm. One pool was closed for maintenance, but you have access to pools at their other properties also, which we did not try. But the pool at this condo was really warm - like almost hot tub warm. They should really pump some cooler water into the pool to make it actually refreshing.

We stayed here for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it. There was some construction in the hotel they are fixing one of the pools but other than that all good. Very walkable everywhere and they have parking too. We enjoyed it.

Heel fijne appartementen

Emplacement, amabilité et serviabilité du personnel, grandeur des chambres. Calme malgré la proximité immédiate avec la quinta Avenida.

There is not one bad thing anyone should believe about this beautiful property. Our 3rd bdrm penthouse was spacious yet cozy at the same time. Room temperatures were freezing at night which is awesome for sunburnt skin. One of our favorite places we have stayed while traveling abroad.

El apartamento muy confortable.

La recepción queda a doscientos metros del Condominio, entonces para las toallas de piscina, tiquetes de desayuno, gym, hay que caminar hasta donde se ubica la recepción y volver, lo que no es nada práctico. También estaban haciendo trabajos en la piscina inferior por lo que había ruido durante el día.

La comunicación con el hotel fue excelente, desde que hice la reserva estuvieron atentos a mis dudas por medio de los mensajes de booking así como por whatsapp. A pesar de que el lobby está en otra cuadra, fueron muy amables y no se necesitó más. En la habitación, el área de cocineta fue muy útil y cuenta con los utencilios necesarios. La distribución de la habitación es muy buena y estuvimos muy cómodos. Los baños estaban muy limpios y no tuvimos problemas con el tema del agua caliente para bañarse. En esta temporada, el agua de la alberca del segundo piso estaba caliente y la aprovechamos un par de días. A pesar de las renovaciones, contamos con lugar dónde estacionar el vehículo que rentamos. Aprovechamos también el descuento en uno de los restaurantes cercanos. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

No afectó tanto porque tenían otra alberca y porque teníamos otras actividades planeadas, pero nos notificaron una semana antes sobre la renovación general en algunas áreas comunes, la alberca de la primera planta. El beach club no supimos cuál era y cuando quisimos ir a explorar cerca de los condominios asociados, vimos que era mínimo el espacio y había lanchas y sargazo.

Wij waren hier 1 avond voordat we naar huis vlogen en voor dat doel was de locatie perfect (precies tussen het strand en de hoofdstraat met winkels en restaurants). Het zwembad is mooi en lekker groot. Het appartement is ruim.

De douches hadden een heel mager straaltje. Het appartement had een beetje een gedateerde uitstraling. In- en uitchecken was in een ander hotel (wel heel dichtbij) en ging een beetje rommelig. Er is geen lift, maar wel een bell boy om te helpen.
