Hotel Conca Park

Beautiful hotel very central to the main town bars/Shops.Food was lovely loads of choice excellent staff very friendly and nothing was a problem . Fridge in the room a bonus . Beautiful Garden lemon trees and pool loved it there ,will definitely return .

Our second stay at Conca Park. Wonderful location. Easy walk into the centre of Sorrento. Hotel staff are excellent and the facilities are very good. The hotel has a real family feel to it. We will be back (again).

Perfect hotel to enjoy sorrento a few minutes walk to centre but set back in a secluded quiet spot Staff are so friendly and helpful rooms are immaculate and kept perfect throughout your stay Food is excellent from breakfast to evening meal the choice and quality are incredible The whole atmosphere is friendly with staff members working so hard to make your stay one you will remember Recommend Conca park to everyone and friends have been and had a fabulous holiday Will definitely be going again soon

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My and my mom’s rooms were both filthy to the point of not wanting to walk around without shoes on at all times. The bathroom was gross and outdated, my toilet was missing pieces and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in quite some time, the towels were super old, gray, smelly, and scratchy, and the bath mat that was supposed to be white was gray and stinky. The lighting in the bathroom was also terrible as were the toiletries they provided as they had one old, dirty container of “everything” soap so if I hadn’t brought my own shampoo and conditioner I would have had to go out and buy some like I had to with body wash. They provided absolutely no frills for guests including but not limited to not even providing tissues in the bathroom or a separate garbage can for the main room. The refrigerator was disgusting to the point of needing to clean it myself and my room did not have a safe. There was also something spilled outside my room that was left there for the entirety of my stay. The staff was also borderline rude the entire stay and very un accommodating. For the price, I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the positive reviews as my room was reminiscent of a cheap motel room in the US which leads me to believe that they are having bad reviews deleted. The main areas were beautiful and my view was spectacular but everything else was terrible and I was very excited to check out of this place. Had it not been for the view, I would have moved hotels. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I will be posting about my experience several other places because this hotel was that bad and I don’t want others to waste their money like we did. Oh and the whole “eco friendly” thing is a total scam and was clearly put in place to increase profits rather than elevate the guest experience.

Very lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My niece also has a gluten allergy and they cooked it all separately and bought over food, like bread etc which was also gluten free. Lovely walk to the centre and to the port area. Definitely would recommend staying here.

We have stayed at Conca Park several times over the last 5 years. It is our go to hotel as it caters to everything we need on holiday. we stayed in a first floor room with garden view and balcony which gave lovely views of the surrounding mountains, city and Mt. Vesuvius. The room itself was very clean and roomy with a large very comfortable bed. There is a wall safe, free to use in the room, a kettle and mugs, a small fridege with an optional mini bar facility available by contacting reception. The room also had a large screen tv with internet access. The hotel provides free wifi which was very good. The ensuite bathroom was roomy and clean with a hair dryer and soap dispensers and shower gel provided. We found the french door roller shutters very useful as the sun rose around 6.30 am and was really bright so we would close them at night. The balcony was in full sun from sunrise to about 3 pm so you could relax in the chairs provided and read or just enjoy the views. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful whether in reception, the bar or the restaurant. We were half board and found the daily menus to be varied and flavourful, much of the food coming from the hotel gardens. There is a solar heated pool and paddling pool with sunbeds which is in the sun for most of the day. the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre and is reasonably quiet with regards to noise from the city. The atmosphere is very relaxing with evening entertainment several times a week in the main bar. We keep returning to Conca Park as we find it to be great value and they always make us feel valued as customers. We will return!!

Belle chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit et une superbe vue sur Sorrento et le Vésuve. Décorée avec goût et de la place pour mettre ses affaires. Petite terrace parfaite pour un apéro. Grande salle de bain bien équipée. Petit-déjeuné avec de quoi faire et de bons produits. Belle piscine avec beaucoup de transats. Personel efficace et aimable.

Curieusement pas de safe dans la chambre. Sinon rien de négatif.

Homely & friendly it is not, but it does have a wow factor. Communal areas huge & minimalist except quirky bits of modern art that save it from being too clinical. My room had a balcony with amazing view of Vesuvius. Maybe we were unlucky but we found the staff very unfriendly & unhelpful. We did not feel welcomed at all. Only exceptions were the lady overseeing the coffee machine & the men driving the golf buggy that take you from the entrance to the reception desk.
