Hotel Conca Park

Everything about this establishment is perfect. Location: three minutes from Sorrento's main street. Service: polite friendly welcoming and accommodating Amenities: everything we tried was perfect unfortunately we never found time for the Spa. Presentation: you enter through a private art gallery, you go to sleep to the sound of Opera carrying in from the city and wake up to views of Vesuvius. Food: excellent from options to presentation. We arrived late on our first night and we're left sandwiches and desserts in the rooms fridge which was a godsend. Breakfast buffet was well stocked fresh and still had soul. Fresh honeycomb is a beautiful touch. Dinner you want to have in the city every night for the experience but the one day we were too exhausted after Pompeii we were not let down by the food. And finally Morality: the owners still live on site, we were told with such pride about the hotel being one of (if not the first) zero waste hotels in Italy. If you're like me and get a little concerned at the environmental impact of tourism it's nice to feel a little of that is offset. And if you don't care it's not preached to you either. Book this hotel, pay the little extra for the sea view or balcony. We already want to go back!

The hotel was wonderful and is situated within easy access of the centre of Sorrento. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were on half board and the food was very good and very tasty with plenty of choice. The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful and we especially enjoyed the produce in the restaurant. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel..excellent location..we had a garden view on the 4th floor, which was lovely. The pool area was spotless, ample sunbeds and chairs around the vicinity of the pool. Easy access to the centre of Sorrento. Staff were very polite. Would highly recommend.

What a lovely, fabulous hotel,super clean with friendly staff nothing was too much trouble.Food is excellent with lots of variety and are quite willing to to make other food for people who don’t like what’s on offer.loved the eco friendliness ,water fountain to top up your water bottle on every floor,recycling bins and food was grown in their gardens which was served at dinner, I really didn’t want to come home but looking forward to returning

An excellent experience from start to finish! Reception staff were very helpful, the restaurant ran very efficiently with very friendly staff, there was always a good choice of food. The room was presented and maintained to a high standard. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the main attractions in Sorrento and a 20 min walk to the train station if making the journey to Pompeii, for example. Would definately stay again if I revisit the area!

Conca Park is wonderful. Great service all round, attentive & friendly. Half board buffet service breakfast and dinner both incredible - amazing quality and variation. Couldn’t fault it at all. Eating/drinking outside in the garden under the lemon trees was beautiful. The ECO/green aspect of the hotel was great. So happy to see separated bins & water fountains on each floor, and the option to keep your towels for the week/change them when needed, and have your room made up as you request rather than automatically. Great to save the energy. Pool was just right for space, amount of sunshine, not too busy, a perfect volume of happiness. Not sure if it was a time of year thing or just in general, but it was such a chilled vibe, not too many children or rowdy drinking parties. Mainly couples or families looking for relaxation, and that is what it was. Drinks were expensive, which was a shame. The Ethicure bar was fancy and service was top notch so I understand & appreciate the pricing there, especially when combined with some live evening music. But it would be nice to have a cheaper drinks menu for the pool side (Blue Bar), €7 pint in a plastic cup (because by the pool) didn’t hit as good. BUT it did not dampen the experience on the whole, everything else did make up for a fairly large bill at the end. However having a room card where you charge all your extra drinks/food to and pay at the end was a great experience - it felt like we were VIP guests, respected & valued. Another great aspect was the book-nooks on each floor. Each had a table of Italian & English books for anyone to take and read. I had brought my own, read it and then swapped it for one on the table. I like the thought of someone else enjoying my book next Overall Conca Park is glorious and we would absolutely return

Hotel location is perfect. Cannot fault our week. A very stylish hotel. Would thoroughly recommend..
