Management was very understanding and helpful. I was bringing my son back for school after the hurricane Milton and We had our puppy with us so I messaged them explaining the situation and they gave us a discounted price for the pets fee.

Nothing really I mean we got there literally right after the hurricane so no complaining here.

Very good location, the service was good too.

One of the two bedrooms is very small. Front desk was not communicative Pool was very small

The room and complex were very nice. We would go back again. It is conveniently located to the beach across the street, St. John’s pass a block away, and many restaurants along the streets.

We were not informed of very disruptive construction in the room beside us prior to our stay. It sounded like a saws all was going to come through our wall at any moment. This was ongoing for several days of our stay from 9AM to 4PM. The front desk offered no relief to this. We paid full price and nothing was done to compensate us for this nuisance. The pool deck was too hot to walk on.
