Dryer didn’t work Bed in the guest room headboard wasn’t attached fell on my friend. Bed had wheels that didn’t lock and the bed kept moving. We got 6 towels for 3 people and no beach towels. Dirty sponge under the sink and dirty pot holders gloves in the drawer. Very loud also because it was facing the street. Staff was not that friendly.

Maintenance guy was grumpy and surely. Traffic loud at times during the night.

LOVE THE LOCATION!

The pictures on line and the #416 condo are not the same. Huge disappointment how it was represented-make sure you understand what you see is not what you will get. Only 1 elevator works in the building so beware! The elevator that does work needs a new floor and some work done to it. The condo is missing vanity light bulbs, the door handle lock doesn't lock, the air filters and exhaust fans were covered in dirt, the balcony overlooks the street where the trash trucks come every day was totally misrepresented. I have stayed in numerous condos at this facility NUMEROUS times BUT this particular room #416 needs some major updates or at least make it look like the pictures posted online! It's dark, dingy, and not the beachy condo at all.

The balcony door lock us in several times. Does not work, gets stuck. We reported it to msnagement

I liked that we were close to the ocean and John’s pass .

The room was nice. We loved the location to everything.

The checkout time was earlier than most places. 10 A.M. was a little early

maintenance on unit----- microwave not working, dishwasher not working, I had to unclog the garbage disposal which had broken glass in it, back door wouldnt unlock when we got there, fixed it but then it wouldnt relock, can opener broke, unit needs maintenance.
