Madeira Bay Resort II by Travel Resort Services

The location was great with the beach right across the street and John’s Pass just a short walk away. We were on the 6th floor and saw beautiful sunsets and watched dolphins from our balcony.

Check in was rather confusing as we had to find the office and then were sent to a different building to stay. There was no pretty view of the inter coastal or any outdoor areas to sit and relax anywhere on the property. The pool itself was nice, but it was in the middle of the parking lot between the two buildings and you had to walk through a parking garage and across the parking lot of a Mexican restaurant to get to it. The condo itself was cute, but the floors were filthy and it just wasn’t clean. The washing machine was a nightmare to figure out. The remote to the tv didn’t work right. Several lights didn’t work. There was dirt in the hallways and the elevator - even a pill on the floor that was there all week.

I liked the location and the staff was very helpful when we needed it

We had an issue with our first condo (602) the AC went out on us on the 3rd night of our stay. We were able to move to a different condo that was a down grade. While the 2nd condo was ok, we went from having a really nice gulf view with 2 balconies to one balcony and less square footage and a view of trees. I just want to say the David and Paul were a great help to us. I know things happen and those guys helped us right away to solve our issues fast.

Great location, clean, condo came with everything you needed!

Close to restaurants, shopping, beaches.

Did not accept ESA documents after being told they would upon check in.

Great access to the beach, staff was extremely friendly, walking distance to John's Pass and other restaurants. Air conditioning worked very good.

The 2nd room didn't have a closet or dresser.

Location was convenient and easy to access. Staff was friendly.

Road noise due to traffic close to building. Bathroom fixtures in sinks and showers are functional but need replacing.

Staff and it was a man who would come to room if we played music and would tell us to turn it down when it was on low very rude

No late checkout. The condo was not busy.
