"Needs a major update"

We were greeted nicely at check in. The desk clerk spoke English very well. The aged wallpaper was peeling and faded. The bedding and furniture were very old but clean.bed was hard with 2 old and thin pillows. No extra pillows but I didn't ask. The bathtub was actually a jetted tub and the part resting on the tub rim had detached. Also the tub looked like it needed a good cleaning and no way was I going to take a bath in it. Toilet bidet and sink were clean. Location was only 10 minutes from airport which was why we chose it. Only run down dive bars close to hotel but we did find one nice restaurant several blocks away. We felt safe and staff were kind but this place needs a major overhaul.

"Satisfied"

Good hotel placed in Borgaro, suburb of Turin. Hotel staff is very warm and helpful, cleanliness is excellent, breakfast is ok too. My only objection goes to the inconsistent wi-fi which is free on every room.

"Handy to the Airport but getting tired"

"Disapointed"

Close to the airport which is good but there is not much around the hotel. We had trouble finding a place to eat. Their descriptions on the following are false: There is no mini bar....there is a small fridge with nothing in it. The TV's are soooo outdated and there is no satellite channels or pay films on demand.

"Close to airport and very affordable"

Needed a place close to the airport for very early next-day flight. Rooms were clean but dated. Convenient location, very affordable.I would not stay for an extended period as it is out of the way. One very positive thing is its proximity to a gorgeous municipal pool and rec centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
