Pacific Hotel Airport

They sell this hotel as a four stars but is not even ok for a 3 stars.

Stayed here for one night before an early flight home from the Turin Airport. The hotel is dated, with very worn carpet, comforter, etc. I wouldn't stay here for any reason other than its proximity to the airport, but for this it served its purpose.

The hotel news renewal. The personell is nice and the location ok.

The hotel is cheap and it s located about 20 minutes by car from the center of downtown of Torino. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel is well situated between the airport and city centre. A bus, which connects the airport and Turin City Centre stops 500 metres from the hotel and runs every half an hour! Don't take the train from the airport as from our experience trains run less frequently than the shuttle bus. Borgaro Torinese is a lovely quiet base away from busy Turin, with some nice local shops and friendly locals. We would highly recommend the 'Du Village' restaurant, approximately 800 metres from the hotel. The hotel itself is well run, clean and the staff extremely courteous and accommodating. There was a wide range of choices available for breakfast and the standard of food was good. Our room was clean, spacious and the beds extremely comfortable, however the hotel was a little noisy at night so it did take a while to get to sleep. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Turin, particularly in view of it's location..

Breakfast far exceeded our expectations. There was a wonderful selection of hot and cold foods including larger than average range of Gluten Free items.

This Hotel is very convenient for Turin Airport. The hotel boast 4 stars on its street sign but could not provide evening meals. Only a mediocre breakfast. The hotel seemed to be manned only by the receptionist at 19.00 Hrs. Rooms were large and functional but fittings were old and dusty. Bathrooms had a powerful shower but the tiles had mold / mildew in the grout. Very basic accommodation which can only be described as very tired. Sheets and towels up to standard, bedspreads sadly lacking in all areas.

we have used hotel before. Friendly staff good breakfast(although chef this time didn't seem to understand that bacon and baked beans should be hot or at least warm).Easy access to central Turin. Excellent restaurant 100 yards away.Will use again.

there is no attandent to solve your even small problem and there also the language issue ,the staff only speaks Italian

The Pacifica is a nice hotel, very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, the only thing I had a problem with was the shower. It had very little pressure, more of a dribble than a spray of water, and it was either hot or cold, went from one extreme to the other, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
