Pacific Hotel Airport

For a 4star hotel everything was disappointed. The room was very old and dusty. The breakfast was the worst in all my hotel experience old wurstel reheat a scrambled egg that looked like a creamy eggs undercooked And i will stop here because are to many bad things to say.

We got an early bird rate of €25 per night, so we weren't expecting much to be honest, so we were pleasantly surprised with the check-in, and size of the room, the hotel is dated, but perfectly clean. Very close to the railway station to the Airport or Turin (not to the city centre, so you'll need a bus to connect. The last train from Turin to Borgaro/Airport is 19:43!) The biggest disappointment was the bar. They had one type of beer (Becks) and could offer my partner a glass of prosecco, which was completely flat, so I'm not sure how long the bottle had been open. We were then told that this was the last bottle available. The only other wine was a half open bottle of red, and that was the last bottle too (were we really in Italy I thought...) Not really acceptable for anywhere that wants to call themselves a hotel. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet, although the 'american breakfast' was quite disappointing as the hot food comprised of only dodgy looking scrambled eggs, cold baked beans and chicken wings. I had what was labelled as a plain croissant, only to find it was full of jam. Good value place to rest your head for the night before a flight. Eat and drink elsewhere would be my advice.

The staff is not well knowledgeable about bus transit or schedules. We're to get food or necessities. Also this hotel did not provide assistance with tours or how to get tours. I went to turin because of juventus and although I had a great time I had to learn fast and adapt to my surroundings. There was this young guy I only saw once and he had good knowledge of were to get the Bussness and we're to purchase tickets and also were to Catch the train. He was tall and young very nice cool dude. Could of used a shaver haha. The room was small but I was only me. The bed was firm and the pillow was very light and not comfortable. The room was ok.

I came to spend the night in the hotel before my early fly. I asked to order the taxi. It is only 5 kms from the airport, but the taxi cost 20 euros, as they say they call it from Turin (why not Milano?). So you pay for the taxi from the airport hotel almost as much as you pay for the room in the airport hotel or the taxi from the city hotel. Also, the breakfast is very late for the airport hotel - from 6.30. Very strange, since most people stay in such hotels for early flights. The room is quite old, although the bathroom was very clean.

I was there for a business trip. Good position of the Hotel if you need to be close to Torino airport. Let s start with positive things. Staff: Very good from housekeeper , to breakfast waiter and waitress and reception staff. All of them very well prepare and kind. Always ready to help the customer as much as they can. Breakfast: One word. Awsome. Fresh cake, fresh croissant served with coffe or cappuccino from the bar. Included also continental breakfast with hot beacon, scrambled eggs. Now lets pass to negative points. Hotel is definitely not a 4 stars Hotel. It could be a good 3 stars but for sure not 4 stars. Old carpet on the floor, and a little bit dusty inside the room. Plastic doors inside the room and also the main one to enter in a room. Not very well looking. Another thing i didn t like was that from inside my room i could hear noise from the aisle and other room, probably b side mine. I could hear their television on and hear them talking. Whatever One good stuff of my room was the huge balcony. In general good staff working there,but too old Hotel and not tidy enough to be called 4 stars Hotel.

Hotel is located about 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport so convenient for a stop over. Hotel is pleasant although a little worn in most areas, but it is cheap to stay here. The staff a friendly and extremely helpful. Room décor is a bit dated with a definite 80's feel, but the rooms are warm and the beds are comfortable. The hotel does not serve food apart from Breakfast but that was very good with a good range of hot and cold food. there are a couple of local restaurants close by. Not a lot else to do in the local area but Turin town centre is only 10-15 minutes away by bus or taxi. Ideal for a stop over between flights, but wouldn't for a prolonged stay.

Great place for the airport. Friendly and comfortable. V good breakfast. Not a lot else in the area but it's not why most people would stay at the hotel anyway

Simple but comfortable hotel n a quite residential area with both local bus and train connections to the airport. Not much else there, though I did find a nice pizzeria nearby for an evening meal and the buffet breakfast was quite extensive. Caught the bus into Turin Central from just down the road which was both cheap and convenient. More of a stopover than a place to stay though.
