Pacific Hotel Airport

Only a bar in hotel so people gather in rooms. Very easy to hear them so we were kept awake in the night from noise of people talking and laughing next door. Very cheap hotel and not far from airport but taxi there cost us 20 Euros.

The bed was very comfortable and there was a good choice of food for breakfast. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

There was something or things living in the carpet !!! no wifi, dirty rooms, terrible breakfast

Only about 10 minutes from airport and therefore very convenient for a short stay. Good breakfast, unfortunately no restaurant, but good one 5 minutes away. Clean room. Small bar. Pleasant & helpful staff.

I stayed here because we though it was close to the airport. It isn't really. I found it to very cheap but extremely basic. Any hotel that cannot provide tea and coffee making services in the room in my opinion is basic. I took the lift once, it is archaic and scary once it moves. I used the stairs after that. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and offered extremely good service. It's not their fault the facilities are poor. I will not stay here again given the chance.

I can understand hotels being a bit run down, but this is just gross. The soft furnishings are just dirty and ripped. (Don't even look at the furniture In the lobby!) Room smells of smoke. Looking at the decor the hotel was last refurbished in about 1987. The wallpaper is peeling if the walls. The cobwebs and the flies seem quite at home here. How does this hotel have a 4 star rating? It would be poor for a 3 star. Antiquated utilities (bar heater in bathroom.) One tiny lift to service the whole hotel. Only glad that we'll be off at 5:30am to catch a plane and won't need to stay for breakfast. Redeeming features. 1)Only 10 mins from airport. 2) Really cheap (I guess you get what you pay for, not the star rating claimed)

Pacific Airport Hotel in Borgaro is just about 5 km away from the Turin Airport, and this is why we had booked it for one night. We arrived late and didn’t want to bother a private host to wait for us, so we chose this hotel. It also offered a special price at that time, double room and breakfast included for 2 persons was 35 Euros. I think this is unbeatable, and we didn’t expect much. For this we found the hotel surprisingly convenient. The room, entitled a “small double room”, was not smaller than any other average double room I had seen before, the bed was good, the whole place was very clean, the receptionists were very friendly and spoke good English. WLAN worked very strong and had a strong signal. Our biggest surprise was the breakfast the next morning. The breakfast room was rather small, but the choice was wide, and the stuff was always ready to refill everything. For us this was a really good choice to stay. Recommended!

This hotel is not luxurious by any means but is a solid functional airport hotel.

Hotel very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Attention to detail very good. Only one pillow but I'm sure if I'd asked for another there would have been no problem. Continental breakfast choices were excellent, catering for Vegans and vegetarians. Designated parking areas were spacious and WIFI facilities good. I would not hesitate to recommend and stay here again. 4* B&B - great value. It's location is 150 mtrs off road from main route into Turin City that provides a low cost shuttle service from Turin Airport run by the company Sagem. Hotel only 10 minutes from Airport and 20 minutes from Turin City by bus.
