Days Inn by Wyndham Pontoon Beach

It was noisy and the toilet didn't work but we fixed it. The staff was good, we left day early because something happened at home. Good stay. 👍

Served our purpose. Convenient to St Louis and our cousin in GC

Wish the spa was open and wish they had breakfast like it says but it was a quite stay kids loved it I like an it

From the moment we wakked through the entry all we could smell was stale smoke. The stairwell smelled like vomit and my son swore the room smelled like cat pee. A bedspread had giant holes you could fit your fist through and the bathroom faucet was so loose it didnt actually touch the vanity countertop. We literally only needed a place to sleep for a few hours after a long day of travel, and thevreservation was non-cancellable or we wouldve gone somewhere else. The only upside was the beds seemed clean and were surprinsingly comfortable.

Was judged by a staff member as soon as I walked into the hotel. She assumed that my partner and I were a bunch of dope heads looking to party in a room untill I mentioned that we wanted a non smoking room. Then she felt like an idiot. The rooms are moldy, they are also invested with bugs. Cockroaches!!!

Very helpful and clean

Checked in for 2 nights for just a place rest, room was dingy and poor desk service. No elevator, rude manager of the complex. Extended my stay for an extra and was woken up by the manager yelling at me to vacate the room. When I told him I had extended my stay he then found it, said fine and hung up. I will never go back there.

The rooms could be a little more clean. There was dried up boogers on my door. 😡 Very friendly staff though 😊

Room definitely needs updating, bed was clean and comfortable. Recliner chair in the room needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but i did not like that we were in a room with a conjoined door and another family on the other side and the place could use a good cleaning
