The property states they have a pool. They do not have one for use. After arriving and prepaying, we were informed they did not have one and were not given a refund. I will not stay at any more Days Inns.

"Worst Hotel ever "

I booked two rooms Friday afternoon for a one night stay with my family. I received the confirmation in my email stating everything was in order. We get to the hotel around 10pm after spending 9 hours at the zoo only to find out that the hotel had rented my rooms out and I was never informed. The hotel clerk was incredibly rude and didn't show any remorse for not even informing me of this change. Our group ended up having to drive home and the rest of our trip was ruined. I would not stay here. The lobby smelled of smoke and looked grimey. There were a group of people just hanging around right in front of the front door smoking and it was disgusting

Book the room at Days Inn that was to have heated indoor pool Jacuzzi and breakfast and got no Jacuzzi working no breakfast and cold pool. Front desk and housekeeping was very friendly. Should’ve been made aware of what they didn’t have.

"Very dirty hotel"

Very dirty hotel. For the price, we expected much more. Super unfriendly and disrespectful staff. Breakfast was advertised but they had nothing available. Sheets were super dirty as if they had not been washed. Dirty pool, bandaid floating around and there were bugs in the pool. Shower was super grimey. Parking lot was trashed. Garbage everywhere. Lobby was dirty and feet stuck to the floor.
