I like this place. It’s great for a stopover with a fantastic pool.

Parking no issues, very pleasant surroundings, staff helpful and friendly, facilities excellent, great value for money

We stayed here for one night to visit our son. The place is really nice, lovely room and the facilities are first class with a huge pool and gym. It was the staff however that make it five star, the reception, bar and breakfast staff were so welcoming and friendly and it felt they would do anything to make your stay even better. To top it off a great breakfast and really fantastic value! Will definitely be back!

Yesterday we celebrated a family members birthday with the most amazing roast dinners. We had the roast lamb, roast beef and the duck legs. The yorkshire puddings were huge, the roast potatoes gorgeous and crispy, the cauliflower cheese is mouth watering and the gravy, well never tasted anything so good.

Attended with family for a family members birthday meal and we all had the roast dinner. It was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend. We have been a few times over the past couple of years and the food has always been incredible - hats off to Joe the chef! Always made to feel very welcome when we attend.

Great food — we had the roast dinner and it was absolutely delicious! You can tell the chef really takes his time, especially with the gravy — it’s amazing. Lewis, our server, was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel really welcome. We go a few times throughout the year with family, and it’s always great. Excellent value all round — highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in pretty grounds. The spa facilities are great, although there doesn't seem to be option to book treatments. Hotel is nice enough. We were in the Small Double and it is small but not as bad as some hotels! Only real issue is the bed. Very uncomfortable and I slept really badly.

The room was spotless. Well done Mohammed. Swimming pool and facilities were great. Food was delicious both in the evening and for breakfast. Great range of products for breakfast. All in all, this overnight visit was tremendous value for money and I highly recommend it.

Clean room,staff really lovely.I used Waterside Hotel for work purposes.Ideally situated.Reasonbly priced. Wish your pillows were better quality & bigger & the curtains were thicker.The room temperature was spot on.Complimentries was about right & could ask for more if needed.I didnt use the swim pool & spa.Wished i had it looked pretty good Would i recommend staying here? Yes i would.Its not high end,it is what it is & priced accordingly.Staff do it much justice 😊
